- 24h cancellation required
- Late cancellation fee: $50
- No access / missed appointment: $75 minimum
## 2.4 Payments
Payment terms are agreed before service.

We do not guarantee complete stain removal or restoration.
Results depend on material condition and prior damage.
## 2.6 Liability Limitation
